Regional Announcement:

Newly appointed Field Strategy Coordinator for Africa East Field (AEF)

Join us in welcoming Rev Stanley Ushe as the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Africa East Field, effective 1st January 2023.

Revs Stanley and Grace Ushe are both ordained elders in the Church of the Nazarene.

Rev Ushe was born and raised in Zimbabwe. He was saved at the age of 17 during an Easter camp and called to pastoral ministry at the age of 21. Stanley attended Zimbabwe Nazarene Bible College where he received his theological training, going on to further his education in children’s ministry, business management and human resources. Stanley is married to Rev Grace, who was saved at the age of 13, and they are blessed with two children and one granddaughter.

The Ushes pastored a church in Zimbabwe for 4 years until they moved to South Africa to the RSA Eastern District where they planted the New Creation Church of the Nazarene where they served for 7 years. In 2003 they were appointed as DS for Highveld District, and, in 2004, they were appointed as DS for the RSA KwaZulu Natal District where they served for 18 years.

Stanley and Grace have served in a cross-cultural context and demonstrated great conflict management and leadership skills. Both are passionate for evangelism, church planting, children’s ministry and leadership development.

We thank Dr Musa and Prudence Kunene for their great service to the AEF during these last two years.

Let us keep the Ushe family in our prayers as they prepare for this new assignment.
