Regional Announcement:
We are pleased to introduce the new District Superintendent of the Eastern District in South Africa, Rev Vincent Peter Maholobela.
Rev Maholobela accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal Saviour in 1986 while a member of the Cottondale Church of the Nazarene. He served in the following leadership positions in the local church, Church board member, NYI president and Sunday school teacher and various other capacities in the district.
He attended Nazarene Extension School of Theology, where he completed and obtained a diploma in Theology. He then started pastoring Cottondale Church of The Nazarene in 2004, January to date. In January 2010, he was ordained as an Elder by Dr David Graves at Thulamahashe Church of The Nazarene.
He also holds a diploma in Teaching from Tivumbeni College of Education, a diploma in Educational Management from the University of Johannesburg and an Honors Degree in law and policy from the University of Pretoria.
He is married to Thembisile Maholobela, and they have three beautiful daughters, Hlengiwe, Obey and Hlawulekani.
