For travel to Ghana, your passport must be VALID for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

Yellow Fever Certificate Requirement:

To ensure a smooth entry into Ghana, all participants travelling from outside the country MUST present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate at the point of entry.

This is not our event requirement - this is Ghana government law. Without it, you will be denied entry at the airport.

Please ensure:

• You were vaccinated at least 10 days before travel
• Your certificate is signed and stamped by an official health provider
• You carry the original document with your passport

Just one more thing ,  you need to upload your receipt to complete your registration.

Here's what to do:

• Pay at your district office (if you haven't already)
• Speak to your District President or District Finance Officer
• Tell them your name (exactly as you have registered)  and which package you chose

Make sure your receipt has:

• Your full name (exactly as you registered)
• Package name & amount
• District stamp & signature
• Upload it using the link in the email we sent you (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

Once uploaded, we'll verify within 2–3 days and send you a final confirmation.
