Join us in welcoming Rev Reginald Subjee and wife, Ronecia, as the newly elected District Superintendent (DS) of the Western Cape District, South Africa. Along with his wife and two children, Timothy (22) and Leah (18), the Subjees are the senior pastoral family at the Strandfontein Church of the Nazarene. Rev Subjee has served the Western Cape District in various leadership positions since the age of 16, and he was ordained as an elder in 2010.
Rev Subjee, or Reg as he is known, is a pastor’s kid born and raised in the Church of the Nazarene. Reg has a passion for souls and credits his love for the ministry to his mother, late father, and grandmother. He believes that authenticity requires vulnerability, transparency, and integrity because this builds trust.
Rev Subjee takes over from Dr Patrick Thomas who served the Western Cape District faithfully as an interim DS. We wish Dr Thomas well on his ministry journey.
