Join us in welcoming Rev. George Kanjere as the newly appointed District Superintendent for the Limpopo Northwest District, South Africa. Rev Kanjere is an elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has been in ministry for over thirty years. He received his Bth from Canadian Nazarene College and a Master’s degree from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Rev. Kanjere started his ministry as a lecturer in a Bible college in Lilongwe, Malawi, for five years. He then moved to pastor Lebowakgomo Church of the Nazarene in South Africa where he was for twenty-one years. He is currently pastoring Turfloop Church of the Nazarene in Mankweng.
He is married to Prof. Maria Matshidiso Kanjere who is lecturing at Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership (University of Limpopo). Reverend and Professor Kanjere are blessed with three children: two adult sons, Thato and Mphatso, and a daughter, Tayanda who is in grade 12.
Rev. Kanjere takes over from Rev. Frank Mahlaba who served the district with excellence for many years. Please help us welcome Rev and Prof Kanjere to the Africa South Field Leadership Team!
