The ministry of the Nazarene Education and Clergy Development (Africa Region) has a vision geared towards resourcing and revitalizing students and Christian leaders to effectively grow in their call to Christ’s service.
The wisdom of Scripture constantly points the faith community toward efficient mentorship and discipleship practices. The constant evaluation of intentional bench marks through supervised ministry (Work Integrated Learning/Internship programs) within Nazarene institutions offering ministry/vocational internships must produce a measured set of outcomes which our clergy and leaders must be able to acquire and demonstrate in the practice of Christian duty.
