NCM-Africa actively responds to the pressing needs in Africa through its four basic ministries namely:
Each of these unique ministries was built around specific needs and problems facing the African people and has its own trained, skilled and professional team who operates separately from each other, but who is still integrated as a whole under NCM Africa, and towards the same goals.
It is also the responsibility of the coordinators of each of these unique ministries to keep careful track of the operation of their teams, as well as developing, implementing and monitoring projects and programmes across the African continent related to their ministry.
The ministry coordinators also keep careful watch over those being helped through the work being done and are responsible to report back on the progress and results of such programmes and projects to the NCM-Africa Regional Coordinator.
