Cabo Verde NYI Hold All Night Prayer Vigil

On the 15th of September 2023, approximately 50 young men and women gathered at São Francisco beach – Cape Verde, to pray and meditate from 10pm to 7am around a campfire.
The main goal was to connect local NYI members to God and see the fire as a symbol of how God can burn away our sins to purify us.
There were moments of personal testimonies about how God is working among His youth and blessings and prayer requests were also shared. The young people spent time praying for each other and were challenged to ask God to help them grow in their faith and learn to trust God with everything that they have.
Prayers were also shared for our local, regional and global NYI leaders and members, and for the pastors, for churches and for Cape Verde.
The youth left the beach feeling filled with the Holy Spirit and enough strength to continue serving the Lord.
