Rev Admirado Chaguala
The Africa Region Church of the Nazarene is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev Admirado Chaguala as the new interim Field Strategy Coordinator of Africa Central.
Originally from Mozambique, Admirado is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. He is an experienced leader in strategy, governance, and organizational development. Married to Celeste Chaguala and they are blessed with two children, Shirley and Noel. Currently, he serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Africa Regional Director based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
With extensive experience in mission coordination, district development, leadership training, and humanitarian project management, Admirado stands out for his commitment to resourcing districts, empowering teams, and driving strategic development. His expertise in organizational leadership and program coordination spans a variety of contexts across Africa.
Admirado has held essential roles in the region, including Administrative Assistant to the Regional Director, Assistant to the Field Strategy Coordinator for the Africa Lusophone Field, Country Mission Coordinator for Mozambique, and NCM Country Coordinator for Mozambique.
With nearly two decades of impactful ministry and leadership experience, Admirado remains deeply committed to raising a generation of Christlike leaders and strengthening mission-driven districts across Africa.
